A steady foundation of private nursing support.
Includes four visits per month for clients who benefit from routine wellness oversight, medication review, and a trusted nurse checking in consistently.
Best for: stable clients, light support needs, routine monitoring, and families who want reassurance without intensive involvement.
Guided Current
More touchpoints, more guidance, more peace of mind.
Includes six visits per month with priority scheduling for clients and families who want a more proactive care relationship. Guided is ideal when health needs are changing, coordination feels overwhelming, or family members want a nurse helping them stay ahead of concerns.
Best for: chronic condition support, recent changes in health, family communication, medication concerns, and clients who need more consistent oversight.
Inner Circle
Our highest-touch private nursing experience.
Includes eight visits per month, 24/7 on-call nurse support, and appointment escorting. Inner Circle is designed for clients and families who want deeper access, stronger advocacy, and premium continuity of care.
Best for: complex needs, frequent concerns, adult children managing care, medical appointments, post-hospital transitions, and families who want the highest level of support..
